Life experience has value. So does formal training. I am a chaplain with both. While I do not boast a Master’s in Divinity, I do come with hundreds if not thousands of hours of community service, volunteerism, certification, ordination, and continuing education to be able to handle today’s workplace challenges.

Jail Ministry
Six years of donating daytime work hours and going in late at night to minister to incarcerated inmates at New Hanover County Jail. What started off as a weekly Bible study grew into visits by request, Bible and book distribution, and visiting inmates in group and individual settings to promote the Gospel and comfort men in their time of deepest need.
Chaplain Commander
Christian served as Chaplain Commander of Warrior Family Ministries, Wilmington. It was at WFM that he received his formal chaplain training and then served during hurricane relief, local memorial services, and school events, supporting our first responders and veterans as well as taking part in community service projects and leading other chaplains to do the same.

Think of what your corporate culture could look like. Invest in your people, and make a Kingdom difference.
Even as my computer guy, Christian was always making the human connection and taking time to listen, talk and pray… off the clock of course!
Christian’s dedication to service and ministry is what makes him stand out as a leader among his peers.
